We all have different needs at different times, which is why we have designed two kinds of services: "A La Carte" and "Package" services.
A La Carte:
This level of service is a good fit for clients desiring infrequent or one time service. If you are unsure how many times you need our service, this level may be more suitable for you.
Packages:
We also offer monthly and annual packages that reflect a significant discount on our a la carte rates. This is the best option to save you not only time, but money as well.

Rates:
A La Carte:
Requests (in increments of 5): 5 requests = $25.00
(each additional request is $7.00)
Monthly Request Packages:
15 requests per month = $65.00
20 requests per month = $85.00
25 requests per month = $105.00
*All requests for monthly packages must be used within 30 days of purchase date. Requests not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.
Annual Request Packages:
240 requests per year (equivalent to 20 per month) = $875.00
360 requests per year (equivalent to 30 per month) = $1,100
540 requests per year (equivalent to 45 per month) = $1,500
*All requests for annual packages must be used within 1 year of purchase date. Requests not used within that year will not be refunded or rolled over to the following year.
Requests consist of travel accommodations, ticket purchases, custom intinerary for a trip, transportation, date reminders, dinner reservations, online gift purchasing, etc. (hostess service and RSVP service are not inlcluded as requests)

Working with a professional hostess will give you the freedom to relax and have a great time! At Your Service specialize in unique, fun and memorable events. From creating an event from the first detail or just helping out the day of; we have a variety of customized services to fit your needs, as well as your budget:
A La Carte:
01 - 25 guests = $25.00/hr
26 - 50 guests = $35.00/hr
51 - 75 guests = $50.00/hr
76 - 100 guests = $70.00/hr
100-200 guests = $100/hr
200-300 guests = $125/hr
over 300 guests = $150/hr
Hostess Service Package 1: $150.00
Have the idea of what you want, but need a little help? At Your Service will lead you in the right diretion to find that perfect location, idea or vendor. This package includes the following:
- Meet to discuss your desires and needs for the event
- Vendor and venue referrals, best suited to your style and budget
- Assist with set-up
- Assist with selection of favors and gifts
- Ideas for those special touches that make the party memorable and fun
- Confirmation with venue and vendors prior to your event
- Assist or serve at your event (up to 1 hour)
Hostess Service Package 2: $425.00
This package includes the following:
- Everything in hostess service package #1 plus,
- Scheduling vendor appointments
- Placement of orders (i.e. linens, flowers, chairs, etc.)
- Secure event location
- Hotel accomodation
- Arrange transportation needs
- Manage vendor payments
- RSVP service included
- Assist at your event (up to 2 hours)
RSVP Service:
Whatever the event or party, from small to large, business or pleasure, utilizing our RSVP service to take care of your responses is invaluable and time-saving. Just mail out your invitations, and At Your Service will handle the rest! Our RSVP service will provide your business, organization or individual with a toll-free number and a personalized extension that you can have printed on your invitations. Once your guests receive their invitation, they will submit their response to us using the toll free number and extension. Say goodbye to reply cards, additional envelopes, extra stamps and the hassle. We offer you and your guests a quick and stress-free way to RSVP.

Up to 50 guests = $45.00
51 - 100 guests = $75.00
101 - 150 guests = $105.00
151 - 200 guests = $140.00
201 - 250 guests = $170.00
251 - 300 guests = $200.00
RSVP Service rates listed are for standard RSVP service only. Additional fees will apply for added extensions.
Per request, we will also call guests who have not responded to the invitation after the deadline to help you finalize your guest list.

Terms of Use Payments:
Any prices listed by At Your Service are for services rendered by At Your Service Concierge and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandis purchase to complete the request.
All payments are required in full before services are rendered. All services are paid in advance by credit card or money order.
Privacy Policy:
All personal and credit card information collected by At Your Service will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. Your collected information will not be forwarded to a third party without your prior written consent.
