What is considered a request?
Requests consist of travel accommodations, ticket purchases, custom itinerary for a trip, transportation, date reminders, dinner reservations, online gift purchasing, etc. (hostess service and RSVP service are not included as requests)
How does a request work?
In example, if you contact us and request a hotel reservation, an itinerary for your trip and a dinner reservation while on your trip, this would total 3 requests. If you purchased 5 requests in advance, that would leave you with 2 remaining requests.
Can I use all my requests at once?
Yes, you can use requests as needed until you have used your total purchased amount.
How much notice do you need?
We prefer as much notice as possible, but we can accept your request(s) with as little as 24 hours advance notice. We will do our utmost to accommodate emergency requests, although an additional service fee may be assessed at time of payment.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday & Saturday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm

. How does the RSVP service work?
When using our RSVP service, you purchase invitations from a vendor of your choice. Prior to having your invitations printed, contact us to receive a personalized toll free number and extension to be printed on your invitation in the rsvp section. When your guests receive their invitation, they will submit their response to us by using our toll free reservation line. We will compile your guest list for you, saving you tons of valuable time. Your guests will appreciate the convenience and you can appreciate the savings.
